Lord Lupton co-founded Greenhill London in 1998, and previously served as the Chairman of Greenhill Europe.
Prior to joining Greenhill, James was Deputy Chairman of Baring Brothers. He became a Life Peer in 2015 and is former National Treasurer of the Conservative Party.
James currently is a member of the Board of Directors for Lloyds Banking Group. He is also a Trustee of The Lovington Foundation and Chairman of the Board of Visitors of the Ashmolean Museum.
Mr. Miller joined Greenhill in 2004.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Greg was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where he spent 14 years primarily serving clients in the global media industry.
Greg holds a JD from Yale Law School and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Meyer-Horn joined Greenhill in 2006.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Philip was a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance Germany at BNP Paribas. Prior to that, he worked at Lazard and Baring Brothers. During his career he has advised clients across a variety of sectors including on transactions in the consumer goods, automotive and chemicals industries.
Philip holds a degree from the European Business School in London.
Mr. Randolph joined Greenhill in 2004. Greg was previously a Managing Director in the energy and power group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Prior to his 10 years at Goldman Sachs, he worked in the project finance group at Salomon Brothers.
Mr. Wyles joined Greenhill in 1998. He serves as a President of the firm, and previously served as the Co-Head of European Corporate Advisory.
Prior to joining Greenhill, David spent 4 years with Baring Brothers based in London and Amsterdam. His prior experience includes 4 years with Coopers & Lybrand's management consultancy division and 4 years with the weapon and communications system design and development arm of the Royal Navy.
Mr. Costantino joined Greenhill in 2005. He serves as a President of the firm as well as a co-head of the U.S. M&A practice.
During his time at Greenhill, Kevin has served a number of roles, including spending time in the Chicago office following its opening in 2009, assisting with the firm’s expansion to Brazil in 2013 and working in the Sydney office, most recently as Co-Head of Greenhill Australia.
Mr. Cramer joined Greenhill in 2001. He principally advises clients in the industrial sector.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Michael worked in the automotive and industrial M&A groups at Merrill Lynch.
Michael holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Essen.
Mr. Bok is our Chairman, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer for 16 years and earlier as Co-President. Scott joined Greenhill as a Managing Director in February 1997.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Scott was a managing director in the mergers, acquisitions and restructuring department of Morgan Stanley, where he worked from 1986 to 1997, based in New York and London. From 1984 to 1986, he practiced mergers and acquisitions and securities law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York.
Mr. Dunn joined Greenhill in 2006.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Tom was Director of Infrastructure for the technology team of RSM McGladrey, a professional services firm providing accounting, tax and business consulting services. Tom has over 35 years of experience in the technology field. He previously served a wide range of technology roles, including consultant, Director of IT and CTO, with both American Express Tax and Business Services and Goldstein Golub Kessler & Company.
Mr. Shaffer joined Greenhill in 2001.
Prior to joining Greenhill, John was Director of Information Systems for Whitney & Co. and previously was a technology consultant for firms including Reuters and Unilever.
John has a degree in Information Technology from the University of Connecticut.
